Notifications demanding
All of my mind, my Self, my sight
A blip, a ringtone vibrating
My eyes are caught by the Blue light
I'm controlled by advertising
Fastening takes my appetite
I don't feel so much like eating
Maybe I'll give it just a bite
All the time I lose by spending
Rolling feeds way after midnight
I can feel my spine is bending
Like a sick data parasite
All the news that keep on trending
Drives me crazy of angst and fright
Though my head is always screaming
(I can't take any more screening!)
I must look so happy and bright
